  • We offer on all our products manufacturing material defects in workmanship and does not cover the defects that come up due to normal wear and tear of the product.
  • To be eligible for this warranty, within 15 days of receiving the product, please register your 2 Year Limited Warranty by scanning the QR code located on your product insert card, fill in your details and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  • Global Quest Limited 2 Year Warranty is restricted to the country of USA.
  • Warranty valid for 2 years from the date of receiving this warranty registration. You must register your warranty with in 15 days of receiving your product

Return Policy within 30 days: – Purchases made through Amazon                          

  • Items shipped from, including Amazon Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Contact Amazon customer service on 866-216-1072 OR 1-888-280-4331 to receive a FULL replacement or refund.

Covered Under Warranty:

             Manufacturing material defects in workmanship only including: –

  • Cracks in stainless steel material
  • Corrosion in stainless steel
  • Change in color variation of product
  • Any other material defect workmanship determined by Global Quest

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Common signs normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, defects, scuffs damage
  • Misuse, abnormal, negligent, or abusive use of product
  • Damage or defects caused by failure to use proper care in accordance with the manufacture’s instructions provided.
  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost, stolen, free or replacement products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Repairs through 3rd parties or the owner attempting to fix the product
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers
  • If the product becomes obsolete at some time during your warranty

  • Full Name, Order Number, Email associated with this warranty registration
  • Date you purchased the product and date you registered your warranty
  • Provide sufficient photos of product material defects in workmanship

Global Quest will determine whether a full replacement will be given at our discretion.
